Hang Dry means we bypass the dryer entirely and let your clothes air-dry on racks or hangers under controlled ventilation. This method is ideal for:
- Delicate fabrics (silk, wool, lace, cashmere)
- Knits, sweaters, and lingerie
- Items labeled "hang to dry" or "drip dry"
- Garments you want preserved from heat damage, fading, or stretching

Can I mix hang-dry and regular wash & fold in the same order?
No — items requiring hang dry are handled separately to ensure they're not tumbled. This ensures your delicate items receive the gentle care they need without risk of heat damage or mixing with regular laundry.
Does hang-dry take longer than regular service?
Yes — air drying takes a bit more time, especially for thicker fabrics like sweaters or knits. If you request next-day delivery, please note that your clothes may still be slightly damp when returned. If you allow us to keep your order for an extra day, your items will be mostly dry at delivery.
Is there a risk of mildew or odor?
We ensure that drying conditions are optimal with proper ventilation and spacing to prevent dampness or odors. All air-dried clothes are returned in a protective plastic cover, which should be removed right away to prevent moisture and odors.
What if my item is damaged or changed shape?
We maintain strict quality control with careful handling of every garment. If something is wrong, contact us immediately and we'll make it right under our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We inspect each item before and after drying.
What fabrics are best for hang drying?
