Wash & Fold Base
Charged per pound (lb), with a minimum charge. Add-ons (detergents, special wash types) are extra.
Add-ons & Special Treatments
Extras like fabric softeners, scent boosters, stain removal, or handling for delicate fabrics have additional per-lb fees listed clearly.
Dry Cleaning
Priced per item. Shirts, pants, suits, and more with minimum order amounts.
Oversized / Household Items
Comforters, pillows, rugs, etc., follow special flat rates due to size and care needed.

Service Minimums & Delivery Policy
Understanding our order minimums and delivery options
Wash & Fold
For wash & fold only orders, a $35 minimum is required to cover the cost of pickup and delivery.
Dry Cleaning
For dry cleaning only orders, a $50 minimum is required due to specialized equipment and expert hand-finishing.
Combining Services Saves You Money!
When you combine wash & fold and dry cleaning in one order, you only need to meet one minimum—not both!
Example: Send $30 wash & fold + $25 dry cleaning = $55 total. Since you've exceeded one minimum, you're all set!
Two-Trip Delivery Option
If you have both Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning in the same order and need your laundry back sooner, we can arrange a second delivery trip.
First delivery: Your Wash & Fold order will be delivered on your regular schedule.
Second delivery: Your Dry Cleaning items (which take up to 4 business days) will be delivered once they’re ready.
A second trip is available for multiple Dry Cleaning items or if the total dry cleaning cost exceeds $25. This way, you get your laundry back quickly and keep your schedule flexible!

When does the separation fee apply?
A separation fee is charged when items need to be sorted and washed separately due to special care requirements or customer preferences.
How can I avoid missed delivery fees?
Don’t forget to send us an email before the delivery deadline. A quick reminder on your phone can make it even easier!
What about ZIP code rates?
During checkout, enter your ZIP code to see if you qualify for our special $1.59/lb rate. Currently available for ZIP code 11215.
Is there a fee for card payments?
Yes, there is a 4% processing fee for credit and debit card payments to cover card network costs. Pay with Cash or Zelle to avoid this fee.
Are prices subject to change?
Prices may change with seasonal demand or service updates. We'll always notify customers in advance of any pricing changes.
